This Privacy Policy explains how Gamma Gaming Group Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data in connection with the JuiceBet Affiliates marketing website and affiliate programme. We are the data controller for the purposes of the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
We operate the JuiceBet brand under a licence issued by the Betting Control and Licensing Board (BCLB), transitioning to the Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA) under the Gambling Control Act, 2025.

Scope of This Policy
This policy covers the JuiceBet Affiliates marketing website. It is the surface where prospective affiliates learn about the programme.
Affiliate registration, account management, identity verification (KYC), commission tracking, and payouts are operated separately on the Smartico TAP platform. Personal data you submit during registration and account use is processed under the privacy terms applicable to those platforms, which Smartico and SportingTech operate on our behalf as data processors. Where this policy and those platform terms overlap, the platform terms govern the data you submit there.
This policy does not cover the player-facing JuiceBet platform (juicebet.co.ke), which has its own privacy notice.
What Personal Data We Collect
On this marketing website
The marketing website is a static site and does not host a contact form or registration form. We collect minimal data:
- Information you choose to send us. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp using the channels on our Contact page, we receive the contact details and message content you provide.
- Aggregated, non-identifying analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and privacy-focused. It does not use client-side state, does not fingerprint individuals, and does not track you across sites. It reports aggregate metrics such as page views and referrers. It does not identify you personally.
When you register as an affiliate
When you proceed to sign up, you are redirected to the Smartico TAP platform, where you provide the data required to operate an affiliate account. This typically includes your name, contact details, payout details (such as your M-Pesa number), and identity-verification documents required for KYC. That data is collected and processed on those platforms, not on this website.
Why We Process Your Data and Our Lawful Basis
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019, we process personal data only where we have a lawful basis. The bases we rely on are:
- To respond to your enquiries — where you contact us, on the basis of taking steps at your request.
- To operate the affiliate programme — to perform our agreement with you and pay commissions, on the basis of contract.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations — including KYC, anti-money-laundering, tax, and BCLB/GRA requirements, on the basis of legal obligation.
- To understand and improve our website — using aggregate, non-identifying analytics, on the basis of our legitimate interests.
Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to run the programme and meet our obligations:
- SportingTech and Smartico — our platform and affiliate-system providers, who process registration, KYC, tracking, and payout data on our behalf as data processors.
- Cloudflare — our hosting and analytics provider for this website.
- Payment providers — including M-Pesa (Safaricom) to deliver affiliate payouts.
- Regulators and authorities — BCLB, the GRA, the ODPC, tax authorities, and law enforcement where we are legally required to do so.
- Professional advisers — our legal, accounting, and compliance advisers, bound by confidentiality.
International Transfers
Some of our service providers process data outside Kenya. Where personal data is transferred outside Kenya, we take steps to ensure it is protected to a standard consistent with the Data Protection Act, 2019, including the conditions for transfer set out in that Act.
How Long We Keep Data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, or as required by law (for example, financial and KYC records that gambling and tax law require us to retain).
Your Rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to:
- Be informed about how your data is used.
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data, where the law allows.

How We Protect Your Data
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. The marketing website is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Registration and payout data is handled on the Smartico TAP platform under that platform's security controls.
Age Restriction
The JuiceBet Affiliates programme and this website are strictly for persons aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Gambling by minors is prohibited.
